This Privacy Policy explains how Techwarezen Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you use OvenSaathi at ovensaathi.com and shop websites hosted on it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian laws.

- Shop Owners: name, shop name, mobile number, email, city, address, shop content (logo, photos, products) and payment records for subscriptions.
- Customers of a shop: name, mobile number, delivery address, order details, and, if they join a shop's family club, birthdays and anniversaries of the family members they choose to share.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs needed for security and to keep the Service working.
2. How we use information
- To run the Service: show shop websites, send orders to the shop, send order updates, one-time passwords (OTPs) and wishes on WhatsApp.
- To manage subscriptions, payments and support.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customers' data to advertise to them.
3. Shops as data owners
Each shop owns and controls its customer data and decides how to use it (for example, sending wishes or offers). We process that data on the shop's behalf. Customers who want their data changed or removed can contact the shop or us.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under confidentiality: hosting providers, the payment partner (Cashfree Payments) for subscription payments, and WhatsApp/SMS providers chosen to deliver messages. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to protect forms. The shop website stores your cart on your own device. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Security and retention
Passwords are stored encrypted (hashed) and connections use HTTPS. We keep data while the account is active and for a reasonable time after, unless the law requires otherwise. Shop Owners can ask us to delete their shop and its data.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for messages. Customers can update their details from "My Account" on the shop website. For any request, email support@ovensaathi.com.
